With the pandemic outbreak of COVID-19, there is intense focus on developing a vaccine. However, the challenge not only lies in developing a vaccine but also in the ability to scale up the manufacturing process.
In this article, general guidelines for scaling up a viral vector and virus manufacturing processes are discussed.
